World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
The upgrading of your items is a vital element of equipping your character. Upgrades increase item damage and the ability to enchant.

Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Every recycled item adds one level to the upgrade gauge.
Weapon
If a weapon is upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus, as well as an increase in the scaling factor that affects other stats. After the weapon has reached its maximum level of upgrade, it can then be reforged to add different bonuses and effects, or to improve specific stats. These upgrades can all be applied simultaneously and their effects will vary depending on how rare the weapon is.
Two Blacksmiths can be upgraded in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the type of damage that weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.
In general, it's best to increase the damage of your weapon first. Then you can increase your armour defense and, finally those secondary stats required by your build. In particular, it's common to see melee druids upgrade their weapon prior to any other gear, since this can increase DPS. This is especially true for enchantments, which are extremely efficient in increasing a weapon's damage and other stats.
Armor
Item Upgrades let players increase the stats base of certain armor pieces trinkets, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools. These upgrades can also bring additional effects, such as an increase in damage or an enhancement to the appearance of. Item Upgrades are available by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, through loot drops, or as rewards for quests.

If a player is looking to upgrade Steelclash armor into Dragonscale and the first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor that has the defense base ranging from 59 to 67. The second attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with the base defense between 67 and 77 and so on.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do so players must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations holds a powerful fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.
Contrary to popular belief, armor in The Division 2 is not useless. Certain armors provide a significant increase in the ability to reduce the damage caused by poison, curse, magic, or fire. This makes them very valuable for certain types of builds. There are other methods to increase the strength of armor apart from upgrading the armor, for instance using the engineer trait to increase armor penetrating or the challenger trait to decrease the total weight.
Potion
By placing a potion on a brewing stand, you can unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks another effect tier, and can be repeated for more potencies.
The potion also has a custom color code, that the player can pick via /give, and that can affect the area-of-effect clouds as well as arrows created by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the effects of the potion's particle effects.
The water bottle, mundane, thick and awkward potions now have a fresh brewing texture. In the Creative Inventory potion healing and weakness have been added. Trinket
A trinket can be an inexpensive, small ornament or piece of jewelry. This can be a ring, necklace or even a small flag to mark a boat's yard that is lateen. It could also be a reference to a gilded trinket on the mast of a vessel.
This bizarre trinket is believed to be influencing denizens in this maze by making them more prevalent. At present, this trinket makes all kinds of mimic Xx more popular and gives each floor a Y% chance to contain an ebony mimic. Upgrades to this trinket cost a small amount of energy.
The magic from this enchanted scepter seems to affect the dungeon itself, making it more likely to create water and grass. This trinket at the moment will cause X% of regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It does not affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed armor or weapons, or items that are produced to aid in the elimination of hazards rooms.
While it appears like a normal newt's eye, this mystical item seems to be affecting your vision in ways beyond merely reducing your field of view. At its current level this trinket boosts the overall health benefits of drinking potions of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X% and gives you vision on enemies within the Y tiles. This trinket cannot be combined with the Increased Senses.
Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you have completed the Mastery Cave. You can find them by defeating Monsters, and in chests and crates. They can't be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
If you have a trinket which needs to be upgraded, place it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will have an effect on the trinket that is random that will either enhance or intensify its effects. You can reorge the Trinket as many times as you'd like, but it will always be able to produce a new effect.
You can also improve your Trinkets by putting them in a Magical Catalyst at the Alchemy Station. This will cost you 6 energy and increase the trinket's power by a small amount.
